Vincent E. Jones is a seasoned, talent acquisition professional with a solid track record of providing high-caliber talent to his clients with a focus a diversity. Vincent has successfully provided nationwide executive search and recruitment-related services to a number of organizations, large and small, from startups to Fortune 25’s. Recently Vincent was the first Diversity Program Lead for Adobe, creating the diversity recruitment strategy for North America and Executive search.

Vincent has successfully recruited hundreds of professionals for positions ranging from individual contributors to senior executives. Throughout my professional career, with an expertise in diversity recruitment strategy planning, Vincent developed a strong track record of quickly assessing client needs, and is adept in providing solutions specifically tailored to these needs.

Vincent extensive background in business and management has provided me with excellent insight into the organizational needs of Diverse Connections clients. Before acquiring Diverse Connections, I was the founder Diversified Consultants of Los Angeles, California-based, executive search firm, and, before that, I was a top-performing Executive Search Consultant at technology-focused companies nationwide. I earned my B.A. degree in Communications from Howard University.

Vincent is a Certified AIRS Trainer and Recruiter in Internet Search and Diversity Training. Vincent has been a regular speaker on the subject of talent acquisition/management, diversity sourcing, and when time allows, provides career management/job hunt strategy advice to professionals and college students in need. Currently Vincent is a Guest Lecturer with Howard University through Warner Music | Blavatnik Center for Music. And is also an alumni of Howard University earning B.A. degree in Communications.
