According to the 2020 UCLA Hollywood Diversity Report, 92% of CEOs of television studios are white. Similarly, 87% of unit heads are white and 84% of senior executives are white.

The goal of the Black Entertainment Executives Pipeline program is to increase the number of Black executives in the entertainment industry, specifically television and film. This unique and unprecedented program will serve as a framework and roadmap to identify qualified candidates across the country and provide them with the tools to build successful and thriving careers as executives in the industry.


Founded in 2018, the aim of Diverse Representation is to increase the hiring and exposure of Black attorneys, agents, managers, publicists, and executives in the sports and entertainment industries. Diverse Representation not only created the first comprehensive database of Black attorneys, agents, managers, and publicists in the sports and entertainment industries but also curates various diversity programs and initiatives across the country.
